My name is Sarah Bienkowski (she/her) and I am a professional coach! My coaching style is described by my clients as calm, safe, and empowering. Underscoring my coaching approach is my belief that all people are capable, resourceful, and whole. My job as a coach is to help clients discover the answers that are already inside themselves.

I highly value education and continuous learning. I've completed professional coach training through Authentic Leadership Advisors (focused on life and leadership coaching), Career Innovation Company (focused on career coaching), and  6 Team Conditions (focused on team coaching), and I am currently pursuing an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through International Coaching Federation (ICF).
